Tuesday March 9, 2010, the SKACE budget crisis team met with District representatives to revisit the memorandum of understanding that reduced the COLA and cut 3 days from this years employment calendar.

Due to recent notification that the District will receive the amount of funding that the budget was originally built on, the district will adhere to the contractual obligation to ESPs and reinstate 2 days of deducted pay (October 8, 2009 and November 11, 2009) on the March payroll and retroactively replace 1% of the COLA on the April payroll. May 31st, 2010 will not be an unpaid day.
